Christians and "Civility"

I'm the first one to confess that I can be pretty snarky when provoked, and I'll gladly admit that I have a certain small talent for provoking others. But exactly what do we mean when we talk about "civility"? Which is to ask, where does disagreement, even vigorous disagreement, become "uncivil"?
