Cargo Collapse Warns Of Tough Times

My apartment looks out on the Port of LA/Port of Long Beach complex, the largest container port in North America.  In fact, roughly 45% of all containers entering the US come through these two ports.  As a consequence, the economic slowdown in our economy is directly reflected in the traffic speed-up on the local freeway, I-710, as well as lowered air pollution levels.
