Who is behind LOUD3R?
Lowell Goss - founder, CEO
Lowell has over a decade of experience in internet media and user experience strategy. Most recently, Lowell was the Senior Vice President of Product Development and User Experience at iFilm, an MTVN company. Lowell's media experience also includes leading the design team for the Yahoo! home page, My Yahoo!, Yahoo Sports, Yahoo TV while Senior Director of User Experience for the Media Group at Yahoo!. Previously Lowell was a creative director and strategic consultant for high profile design agencies including Frog Design and Rare Medium. Lowell has a BFA in Film from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and attended the Interactive Telecommunication Program Master's program.
Demetri P. Spanos, Ph.D. - Chief Scientist
Demetri is a highly trained systems intelligence engineer, with a record in network systems, natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and optimization. He is individually responsible for designing and executing Blogger's spam classificaiton suite, as well as the core quantitative, keyword research, and bidding algorithms for Adapt Technologies, a venture funded startup. He holds a PhD from the California Institute of Technology where he was an Institute Fellow, and two undegraduate degrees from Rice University, where he was a National Merit Scholar, a member of Tau Beta Pi, and a George R. Brown undergraduate research fellow.
